Caped
When I first saw the cape blazer, I didn't think I could wear it. I have tried ponchos and some capes, and they just didn't do anything for my figure. I felt swallowed in fabric. Never should your clothes make you feel like you are in a never ending vortex of fabric. So I gave up on anything that resembled a cape or poncho until now. Believe it or not, Instagram changed my mind about capes. I saw so many women of different shapes and sizes looking amazing in them, I said I am going to give it a try. I saw this particular cape blazer on Charlotte Russe's site (it's sold out, but there is one similar from Simply Be), added it to my cart and hoped for the best. I tried it on, and I didn't feel swallowed in fabric. I thought it was fun and cute. It has the perfect amount of volume so I don't feel trapped. I am big about proportions, so I went with these great jeggings from Fashion To Figure. A good pair of jeans can do wonders, especially when they fit well. I love these because they come up high on my waist, and make my legs look great. If you have big thighs and a booty, give these a try. I wanted the outfit to be flirty and fun, and that is the epitome of polka dots. I bought this tee back in the summer for less than $10, and it has been a great addition to my tee shirt collection. I have been on the hunt for black lace up flats, and I found these from Nine West. Definitely buy these ladies. One of the most comfortable flats I own. My clutch is another great find from Banana Republic. Muah!!
