Denim and tee's- an essential in my wardrobe. I love tee's. If I could, I would wear them everyday. Late last fall at an event I met a blogger wearing a tee that said "Bougie Black Girl." I had to chat with her and find out where did she find this amazing tee. I am bit of a collector when it comes to graphic tee's. I think they are the perfect conversation starter. Especially when they are funny. The maker of her great tee was Tee's In The Trap. If you have not been to their site, check them out. I just had to have the "Thick Thighs Save Lives" tee. I used to hate my big thighs when I was younger. They were short and thick which was such the opposite of the other students when I was in ballet as a child. It bothered me growing up. When I hit puberty and my hips came to be, then it all started to make sense: thick thighs support the wide hips, so when I saw this tee on their site I just had to have it. I'm not making any apologies or holding myself to anyone else's standard of beauty. I'm me, and that's how it going to stay. I'm saving folks round here, just giving you a heads up! lol

I'm always on the hunt for some new denim brands to try because finding a great pair of jeans when you are blessed with hips, thighs, and a butt is vital. I came across Celebrity Pink while I was browsing Macy's website. I gave the distressed skinnies a try, and I must say that I am not disappointed. What grabbed my attention was the ripped knee and distressing, but what made me love them wast the fit. They have ample stretch and they are team thick thigh approved. There has been many of brands that I have tried over the years, and when it comes to getting over these thighs, they fail. Not every jean is made for every body, but when I find one, I definitely will share with my lovers. Even though these are a juniors brand, I suggest sticking to your regular size. They are a great price, I got these for around $20 (with a coupon), and they are super on trend.

Baseball jackets are still going strong, but instead of just your classic version, you are seeing more embellishment, or different patterns. I found this cute striped version from Lane Bryant as a part of their Fast Lane Collection. LB has really caught my eye this season with their Fast Lane Collections. It started with Otis, and they are still going strong. The latest is up, and I already placed my order for a couple of pieces. The cutie in my hand is the latest to my handbag collection courtesy of Rebecca Minkoff. The Sophie comes in this fun reddish orange color, black, and tan. Definitely don't slouch on getting this bag because it is selling out fast. My shoes (my Spring favs as I like to call them), are the Zuri block heel from Eloquii.
